SHIPPING POLICY

UK Shipping Costs (unless otherwise stated)

All UK parcel shipments are sent Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) on a 1-3 Delivery Service with online tracking, a 2-hour delivery window and SMS/email notifications.

Cut off time is 3pm for our next day service although often we're able to send parcels out even later depending on when the courier comes to pick up from us.

Any orders that do not make the cut off will be sent out the following day.

We try our best to send everything out as quickly as possible. Sometimes we may run out of stock as we only roast enough for our orders each week to make sure our coffee is as fresh as possible. If we run out your order will be shipped as soon as our new batch is roasted and you will be notified of any delay.

Sometimes parcels get delayed within the couriers systems. Luckily it doesn't happen often but these rare events are out of our control. Please allow 7 working days for any parcels to arrive.

International Shipping Costs
We now offer both subscriptions and one-time purchases to many countries around the world.
Pricing varies depending on weight and location. Please proceed through to checkout, after you’ve put in your address shipping cost will be added automatically.
Customs Clearance & Import Taxes
For most European countries we use a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service. This means we charge the import duty and taxes at checkout so your parcel gets through customs quickly and without any hidden costs.
For all other countries Exhale Coffee cannot accept responsibility for customs clearance or any import tax, country-specific customs charges or local country tax. Please check with your local customs before purchasing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are proud of our products, and we hope you love them as much as we do!
However, if goods are returned due to being faulty or you have received the wrong item (we do our best, but it happens), so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 60 days of their cancellation.
You, the consumer, are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include orders that are to your personal specification). You, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.
Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened. Roasted coffee is excluded from these terms as it is a perishable product, although should there be an issue with your coffee we'll do our best to rectify the error.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over £30 we recommend you to use a tracked service.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
